Data we collect
Through our quote form and our exchanges, we collect: name, phone number, municipality, type and area to be treated, any message, photos you send us, and your email address if you write to us. During your visit, we also measure website traffic anonymously and without cookies (see below).
Website traffic measurement (without cookies)
To find out which pages are useful and where our visitors come from, each page viewed is recorded anonymously: the page, the name of the site you came from (for example google.com), the type of device (mobile or computer), the date and, where applicable, a click on our phone number, email address or WhatsApp, or the submission of a quote request. No cookies or identifiers are used, nothing is stored on your device and your IP address is not kept (it is only used, in memory and for a few minutes, to block abuse). These statistics are based on our legitimate interest in improving the website; they are hosted on our server in the European Union (Oracle Cloud, Frankfurt) and deleted after 25 months.
Google review
The reviews shown on the website are posted by our customers on our Google profile. Our server retrieves them from Google and displays them with their author's public name; your browser does not connect to Google to display them.
Purposes and legal bases
- replying to your quote request and contacting you again — pre-contractual measures and consent;
- performing the service and managing the customer relationship — performance of the contract;
- invoicing and meeting our accounting obligations — legal obligation;
- improving our website and services — legitimate interest.
Recipients
Your data is processed by AquaNet Pro and, where applicable, by our technical processors (website host, host of our management software — Oracle Cloud, Frankfurt —, provider handling the form and email). We never sell or rent your data to third parties.
Retention period
Requests that do not lead to work are kept for a maximum of 12 months. Data relating to a service is kept for the duration of the business relationship, then archived in accordance with the applicable legal periods (in particular 7 years for accounting records). Anonymous traffic statistics are deleted after 25 months.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise them, write to us at contact@aquanetpro.be.
Complaints
