A living stone that deserves respect
Natural stone — Belgian blue stone, sandstone, granite, setts or slabs — brings incomparable character. Depending on its finish and porosity, it holds water, moss and black deposits, especially in shaded areas. Every stone has its own hardness: that is where our expertise makes the difference.
The right pressure for every stone
The secret of beautiful stone is a pressure suited to its nature. We set the lance according to the finish (honed, flamed, riven) and keep the right distance, to revive the original colour without marking the surface or making it porous.
- moss treatment beforehand for a long-lasting result;
- cleaning at a pressure suited to the hardness of the stone;
- re-sanding of joints for setts and slabs (fine or polymeric sand).

Long-lasting protection
A water repellent applied once dry limits water absorption and slows moss coming back, while letting the stone breathe. On setts and slabs, careful re-sanding of the joints keeps your surface crisp for much longer.

Frequently asked questions
Yes, provided the pressure is adapted to the hardness of the stone. Soft, porous stones (honed blue stone, some sandstones) need moderate pressure and a good distance to preserve their surface and original appearance.
No, with controlled pressure blue stone regains its natural colour without being marked. We set the lance according to the finish (honed, flamed, riven) to revive the stone while respecting its texture.
It is recommended on porous stones: a water repellent limits water absorption, slows moss coming back and makes maintenance easier, while letting the stone breathe. It is applied once completely dry.
